Arrange the health certification
SOC 873 is completed by a licensed health care professional. It must be returned before IHSS services can be authorized. Ask your worker for your due date and the right destination.
Get ready for the county interview
Write down the daily tasks you need help with. Think about a usual day and a difficult day. Bring notes so you do not forget important details during the assessment.
