The hosting service may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses and page requests, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising pixels, analytics, session recordings, or a marketing contact form.
When you leave this site
Official portals and other linked websites have their own privacy policies. Check the website address and the intended recipient before sharing documents. Following a link does not submit anything by itself.
Future private intake
If private intake becomes available, this page will be updated to identify the recipient, provider, purpose, and relevant privacy contact. A working secure service and appropriate agreements must be in place before files can be received. This site does not currently claim HIPAA compliance.
